How to File a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Technologydiscussed Tree Service wants every homeowner to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics We Accept
You can write to us about:
- Your experience calling or contacting Technologydiscussed Tree Service
- How your personal information was handled
- Content on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If tree work on your property went badly, start by raising it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Technologydiscussed Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@technologydiscussed.living and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help.
